To facilitate a major upgrade in one of the largest natural gas storage facilities in the Mediterranean region, our client awarded a contract for digitization services.

As part of our new portfolio of digitization services, we undertook a major reality capture and digitization contract. Using modern 3D laser scanners, expert personnel and our extensive BIM libraries, we reconstructed an entire region of the facility in record time.

Our scope of work included:
• 3D laser scanning of the facility
• Registration of the point cloud
• Digitization from point cloud to actual intelligent 3D model
• Digitization of local terrestrial features

The challenging requirements for precision were tackled by our elite task force of 3D laser scanner operators and 3D modelers and created a precise, intelligent model that was delivered within time and budgetary constraints.
